We are looking for customer service professionals to join our busy booking team here at Plumbcare.com. Working with several of the UK's leading insurance providers as well as private customers, we provide plumbing and heating services across the north and require enthusiastic, customer focused individuals to coordinate jobs and provide that essential link between customers, clients and engineers.
Based at our Wakefield office, duties will include:
We run a busy office and you will need to be able to handle a high volume of calls on a daily basis. We offer full training but previous experience of call handling, job coordination or planning would be a distinct advantage. You will need to be computer literate and able to work under your own initiative.
We require you to be flexible to work shifts between 8am and 9pm Monday to Sunday. You will work shift rotas between these hours totalling 42.5 hours per week.
Due to being a 24 hours, 7 days a week company, overtime is also available during busy periods.
We are offering a starting salary of £19,000 with performance related progression to £21,000 with the potential of overtime to enhance your package. We are also dedicated to promoting from within offering the potential of career progression with the company.
