We specialise in reactive plumbing and heating services. This means that a large proportion of the work that we do is helping people experiencing plumbing and heating emergencies such as leaks and boiler breakdowns. As such, our schedules can change from hour to hour, depending on when jobs come in, the nature of the emergency and, of course, factors outside of our control such as traffic issues and parts availability.
This is why we only offer all day appointments. This may be between 8am – 6pm or could be up to 9pm, depending on availability and what time the job was booked in. You will be advised of this at the time of booking. However, this does not necessarily mean that you need to wait in all day; your engineer will give you a call approximately 30 minutes before they arrive so as long as you can return to the property within this time frame, you can go out.
Due to all the factors detailed above that mean our schedules are continually fluid, we are unfortunately not able to give you estimated times of arrival because we wouldn’t be able to guarantee that they wouldn’t change as the day enfolds. We therefore politely request that you do not call us to request an ETA on the day of your appointment.
Our phone lines are extremely busy, especially over autumn and winter when emergencies are most common. Additional volumes of calls, where we can’t actually help, mean that it’s harder for those with emergencies to get through. We really appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Of course, please feel free to call us to report your emergency or request a quote. Non urgent requests can also be sent to [email protected].
