All our appointments are all day appointments, however we do give you a call approximately 30 minutes before our engineer is due to arrive meaning that you can go out as long as you can be back within this time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide estimated times of arrival due to the way our schedules can change. We therefore politely request that you do not call us to get an ETA as we won’t be able to help you. Click here for further information.
