Like all businesses, we have had to make adjustments to the way we operate during lockdown. Initially, that meant focusing entirely on emergency repairs. In April, we reintroduced boiler servicing, due to the important nature of this work, and throughout it all we have been operating within the guidelines set out by the government in terms of using PPE, hand sanitiser and social distancing.
This was all very necessary and everyone has had to accept that a lot of things that we may have wanted to do had to be put on hold. However, now that lockdown rules have started to relax and we know from the last 3 months that our working protocols are safe and embedded in how we operate, we are pleased to say that we are now back to business as usual – almost!
What we mean by that is that we are now offering our full range of services and not limiting it to emergency repairs and boiler servicing. Naturally, things aren’t exactly as they were before: all hygiene and social distancing rules remain in place and we do ask that you don’t allow us to visit if anyone in the household has any symptoms of covid19. What this does mean is that we are happy to come out to do proactive and home improvement plumbing and heating work.
So, if you have a dripping tap that’s been driving you mad, a temperamental toilet or just fancy a new shower or a Sure Stop installing, you can now get that done.
Having worked throughout this crisis, we are confident that our covid19 working practices are safe for both customers and engineers so you can book with confidence. Not ready to have non-essential work done just yet? Not a problem, we’ll be here when you are happy to go ahead.

I would like to say that you provide an excellent service. The surveyor came quickly and the order was placed the same day.The fitters, Jamie and Keiron came at the agreed time and worked constantly to get the boiler fitted and the system working.
