The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted most businesses in some way and there is a tough road ahead for many. While we have certainly had to make changes to our business: call centre staff working from home and engineers having to work to Covid-safe protocols for example, we are in a stable position and people will always need good engineers to help them in the event of an emergency as well as look after their boiler with routine servicing and maintenance.
We are now planning for the future and looking ahead to what is always our busiest period - autumn and winter. We also need help catching up on routine jobs, like boiler servicing, which many people have put on hold during lockdown. We are therefore starting our recruitment now for the engineers that we will need to service our contracts with leading UK insurers and our private customer base, who we work with directly. This will include gas and plumbing engineers and call centre staff.
