All our appointments are all day appointments. This may be between 8am – 6pm or could be up to 9pm, depending on availability and what time the job was booked in. You will be advised of this at the time of booking. Your engineer will call you approximately 30 minutes before his estimated arrival so as long as you can return to your property in this time frame, you are free to go out and don’t need to wait in all day. Please note however that we are unable to provide an estimated time of arrival at any point due to the way our engineers’ schedules change throughout the day because of emergencies coming in and not knowing how long jobs may take as well as factors outside of our control such as traffic issues and parts availability.
As this is the case, we politely request that you do not call us to request an ETA on the day of your appointment. Our phone lines are extremely busy, especially over the autumn and winter, so it ties our staff up on calls they’re unable to answer and makes it more difficult for customers with emergencies to get through. We appreciate your help in this matter.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by Plumbcare.com, the price was excellent. Every process was explained to me prior to fitting and time was spent going through what was required and the reasons why. They were not pushy and I was given time to think, all options were thoroughly explained to me. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the work carried out was to a high standard with minimum disruption and my house was left clean and tidy. Time was also spent showing me what had been done and how to use the equipment. I would definitely recommend them to others.
